The rally isn't a walk in the park like many first expect. It's not a leisurely road trip, and it's much worse than spending all day in the car. We'll be spending all MONTH in the car! The luxury of a perfect road surface will soon escape us as we leave the relative civilization of Europe; tarmac will no doubt be in great demand amongst the teams..
Of course, things can go wrong. Things will go wrong, but we're hoping we have enough skills to get us through most. Will is a Fire Fighter; Mackey is an Emergency Responder; James is a HM Coastguard and Emergency Responder. Basic first aid is essential for these challenges where anything can go wrong, and Selles Medical have stepped in and provided some first aid & sterile kits for us to use!
