The Launch : 24th July 2010

In previous years, the teams set off from a huge function at Hyde Park, London. As the event has grown, a nice location was needed. This year, we launch from the greatest race track in British history, Goodwood. Over 5000 people came from all over the world to see the spectacle that was the Mongol Rally start and this year will be getting even bigger.

The Islanders will then set off for a planned 28 days. But, with so many things that could go wrong, and so little knowledge to fix them… who knows!
